By using NEONGRIP you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. Last updated July 2026.
1. Acceptance
NEONGRIP ("we", "us", "the service") provides free, browser-based social games. By accessing or using the service you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use NEONGRIP.
2. Eligibility — 18+
You must be at least 18 years old to use NEONGRIP. By using the service you confirm that you are 18 or older. The service is not directed at, and may not be used by, anyone under 18.
3. Nature of the service — not gambling
NEONGRIP is a social gaming service for entertainment only. All games are simulations played with valueless play-credits. The service:
- does not involve real-money wagering of any kind;
- does not offer, award, or facilitate any prize, reward, or item of monetary value;
- does not permit the purchase, redemption, transfer, or cashout of play-credits or in-game balances.
Nothing on NEONGRIP constitutes gambling, and nothing you experience in a game has real-world monetary value.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to interfere with its operation, circumvent the age gate, access it on behalf of a minor, or use automated means to access the games. We may suspend or restrict access for conduct that violates these terms.
5. Third-party games and intellectual property
Games are supplied by third-party studios (including Play'n GO) and embedded in demo/practice mode. All third-party game titles, trademarks, logos, and other marks are the property of their respective owners and are used on NEONGRIP for identification purposes only. NEONGRIP does not claim ownership of, or authorship over, these third-party games. Reference to any third-party name or mark does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
The NEONGRIP name, logo, site design, and original text are owned by NEONGRIP.
6. No warranty
The service and its games are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Games are served by external providers and may be modified, interrupted, or discontinued at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NEONGRIP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Because no money is involved in gameplay, you cannot suffer financial loss from playing.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
